Designtech is as an independent research company based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The company started in year 2000 by providing project-based expertise on PCB design for Embedded Systems and, from 2004, the expertise was extended to software, test, maintenance, design and re-design of Embedded Systems and telecom equipment.
Boutique Design is, probably, the term that completely describes our projects, not necessarily in terms of project's size or budget, but more on how we relate to partners and customers. The company addresses niche projects involving: special equipment, special expertise, tailor-made design or particular requirements.
Our core competencies range from smallest 8-bit MCU Embedded System to highly scalable multi-core real-time targets. Deep state-of-the-art technology expertise, across a wide range of skills and know-how, enables us to follow a custom approach in development of innovative solutions.
Designtech expertise covers the entire spectrum of Embedded System Design, Manufacturing and Test: schematic and PCB design, fabrication files, custom SW deployment, custom SW development on OS and non-OS targets, design for test, test and automation of testing procedures.
